Please note that uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your PayPal subscription. Subscriptions are managed directly through PayPal, and they remain active until they are manually canceled from the user’s PayPal account.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before uninstalling the app to avoid future charges. Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed by PayPal, it is considered valid for the current billing period.
Refunds are not guaranteed for charges resulting from subscriptions that were not canceled on time. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team with your PayPal transaction details. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to assist where appropriate.
