How to fix the issue affecting only the Help menu

1. Explain about the issue

This is a Google’s server issue. To resolve it, please uninstall and reinstall the add-on.

Go to your Form
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the form
Click on Get add-ons menu and search Choice Eliminator 3
Click on Uninstall button to uninstall the Choice Eliminator 3 addon

Go to your Form
Click on the three-dot icon in the top right side of Form
Click on Get add-ons menu and search Choice Eliminator 3
Click on Install button to reinstall the Choice Eliminator 3 addon
